BetweenWorks was built by a team with deep roots in corporate travel, event production, and experience design. We've collectively delivered experiences for teams from 10-person startups to 500-person enterprise companies across India and internationally.
What size teams do you work with?+
We work with teams of 8 to 500+. Small teams get intimate, highly curated experiences. Larger teams get coordinated, logistically complex experiences with the same attention to detail. We scale our approach, not our standards.
What types of experiences do you design?+
Strategic offsites, wellness retreats, culture breaks & day escapes, awards & milestone celebrations, creative workshops, in-house engagement, and curated group travel. Each is custom-built around your team's goals, not a template.
Can you do something in one day?+
Absolutely. Some of our most impactful work has been single-day culture breaks — pottery workshops, cooking sessions, local city adventures. A powerful day is often better than a mediocre 3-day trip.
Do you handle international trips?+
Yes. We regularly execute experiences in Bali, Thailand, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Maldives, and more. We manage visas, flights, ground transport, accommodation, and all on-ground logistics so your team just shows up.
How customised is each experience really?+
Genuinely customised. We start every engagement with a discovery call to understand your team's dynamics, goals, energy, and what success looks like. What you receive is built for your team specifically — not a rerun of a previous client's trip.
How far in advance should we book?+
For domestic offsites, 4–6 weeks is comfortable. For international trips or large groups, 8–12 weeks gives us the room to get the best options. That said, we've pulled off incredible experiences in 10 days when needed.
Who is our point of contact?+
You get one dedicated experience manager who knows your brief inside out and is reachable throughout the process. No passing between departments, no repeated briefings.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?+
Our on-ground team anticipates and absorbs every problem before it reaches you. We build contingency plans into every engagement. You should never know what went sideways — because we made sure it didn't.
How do you charge — per person or fixed fee?+
Both, depending on the engagement type. Day experiences are typically per-person. Multi-day offsites and complex travel experiences are often scoped as a package. We're transparent about costs from the first proposal.
What's the minimum budget to work with you?+
There's no fixed minimum. We've designed meaningful single-day experiences starting at ₹3,000 per person, and premium international incentive trips well above ₹1 lakh per person. We work across the full spectrum — quality is the constant, not budget.
Are there hidden costs or surprises later?+
Never. Our proposals are fully itemised and our agreements are clear. If something changes, we communicate immediately and seek approval. Our reputation is built on trust, and that starts with financial transparency.

We cover the full range — Himalayan escapes (Manali, Kasol, Dharamsala), coastal destinations (Goa, Alibaug, Pondicherry, Andaman), heritage cities (Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur), nature retreats (Coorg, Wayanad, Jim Corbett), and hill station escapes (Ooty, Lonavala, Nainital).
What international destinations do you specialise in?+
Our most popular international destinations for Indian corporate teams are Bali, Thailand (Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui), Dubai, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Nepal, and the Maldives. We have on-ground partners in all of these.
Can you suggest the right destination for our team?+
Absolutely — and that's part of our Discovery process. Once we understand your team size, goals, budget, and timeframe, we recommend 2–3 destination options with reasoning for each. The destination choice is always driven by what's right for your team, not what's easiest for us.

Why We Started BetweenWorks
BetweenWorks was born from a simple but often overlooked truth: the most meaningful parts of work don't happen at the desk. They happen in the moments around it, when people travel together, share stories, laugh without structure, and connect beyond titles. In today's fast-moving, always-on world, genuine human connection is rarely designed with intention. Culture is discussed in boardrooms, but not always experienced. Teams collaborate daily, yet still feel distant.
We set out to change that. BetweenWorks is not a conventional travel company, nor a generic event planner — we are experience architects. We saw a gap in how organizations approached team engagement: off-the-shelf outings that felt transactional, forced, and quickly forgotten. Despite significant spending, these experiences often failed to create what truly matters — deeper connection, trust, and shared memory.
